Single-Chip Repeater IC, 1700-2200 MHz

SMI7083 is a single-chip repeater IC for W-CDMA, TD-SCDMA, CDMA 1900, GSM1800 and GSM 1900 applications. It is designed to operate with the same frequency in and out of the RFIC. It has 50 dB of adjustable gain control, and includes an onchip VCO and synthesizer. The gain is controlled via SPI commands and analog voltages. The chip has programmable LO, 1870 - 2100 MHz range.
