Switching Regulators

Semtech offers a family of high performance DC-DC switching regulator ICs with both integrated and non-integrated switches and synchronous and non-synchronous voltage regulators. These buck and boost voltage regulators and converters operate from input voltages of 2.7V to 40V, frequencies up to 4MHz, and high efficiencies up to 96%.

For portable and green applications, PSAVE mode enables low quiescent currents as low as 17uA. Very small, low profile circuit implementations with minimal external components are made possible through Semtech's advanced process technology and smart design.
