Semtech Names Jonathan Hahn CIO and VP of Information Technology

Camarillo, California - June 03, 2010

Semtech Corp. (Nasdaq: SMTC), a leading supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, today announced that Jonathan Hahn has joined the company as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology. Jonathan will report directly to Mohan Maheswaran, Semtech President and CEO.

About the New CIO/VP of Information Technology

Jonathan Hahn joins Semtech from Telmar Network Technology where he served as CIO since 2001. Prior to his time at Telmar Network Technology, Hahn worked with such companies as Nexgenix, Inc., EDS, E. Solutions Consulting, Cerplex Inc. and TRW Inc. Hahn holds a BS degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine and an MS in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
